Upon completion of our initial complimentary on-site network review, we’ll install our management system allowing us to monitor every aspect of your network.  This state of the art technology notifies us of potential problems, keeping you from experiencing unexpected trouble leading to down time and loss of productivity.

Included with all Oaks Advantage™ Managed Services plans, is a monthly on-site visit by one of our qualified technicians to examine and “tune-up” your network in person.  While we’re there we’ll give you a complete report of our monthly activities and make recommendations on our findings.  Should you need an on-site visit outside of our monthly tune-up, you’ll enjoy a discounted hourly service rate ONLY available to Oaks Advantage™ customers.
