On Demand Support

For those not quite ready for an Oaks Advatage™ Managed Service Agreement, we continue to offer the majority of our services on an hourly, “On Demand” basis. You pay only for the services you need and only when you need them.

Telephone and remote access support is available in 15-minute minimum increments.  Although there is no charge to bring your computer to us for a diagnosis, opinion or estimate, there is a $99 minimum drop off fee if you decide to have us correct the problem. There is a one-hour minimum plus travel charge for all on-site visits to your location.
